good location nearby restaurants stuffy room shower design

i found the location quite good. it was close to the station. i also liked that supermarkets and restaurants were nearby.

the room smelled a bit stuffy to me. i also noticed the shower was not well designed, water poured outside into the bathroom.

The breakfast was ok (nothing special, though).

My "superior twin room" was smaller than expected. I found hairs in the bathroom, and the shower drain was clogged, resulting in standing water after a short shower. This gave me a not very hygienic feeling.

the location proved convenient. i found the supermarket next door helpful. the nearby japanese restaurant, chilinh, offered great prices. i appreciated it also provided a takeaway service.

convenient location friendly staff room upgrade

I found the location QUITE convenient, especially for accessing the main train station. The staff was friendly. They upgraded my room. SECURITY to rooms felt GOOD.

The room's DESIGN felt a little awkward with the placement of some items.

The front desk staff IS very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff ensures quick and attentive service. They are very cute and keen TO address any guest requests promptly.

Excellent stay close to the station

convenient location excellent interior friendly staff

The location is very convenient to the main railway station. The inside of the hotel is excellent and very comfortable. Rooms and public areas seem renovated and very modern. The staff were friendly and helpful (they answered all my questions). There is a good supermarket beside it.

The area outside the hotel is a bit questionable. the hotel itself is very secure.
