My "superior twin room" was smaller than expected. I found hairs in the bathroom, and the shower drain was clogged, resulting in standing water after a short shower. This gave me a not very hygienic feeling.

I found the location QUITE convenient, especially for accessing the main train station. The staff was friendly. They upgraded my room. SECURITY to rooms felt GOOD.

The room's DESIGN felt a little awkward with the placement of some items.

The location is very convenient to the main railway station. The inside of the hotel is excellent and very comfortable. Rooms and public areas seem renovated and very modern. The staff were friendly and helpful (they answered all my questions). There is a good supermarket beside it.

The area outside the hotel is a bit questionable. the hotel itself is very secure.
